Filing a Claim
We understand that claims can be a scary thing for your clients, not to mention the stress that it can put on them financially. Our claims are handled by highly professional Third Party Administrating firms that will assist your clients with all aspects of the claim process.
To report a claim, please email a completed Automobile Loss Notice (ACORD 2) along with any supporting documents to email@example.com. An acknowledgement of the claim will be submitted back to you once it has been assigned.
